The staff at the reception desk are friendly and able to communicate in English. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a short bus ride away from the Dietikon train station, where you can easily access Zurich.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel just outside of Zurich. The hotel offers good value for the price and has a nice attention to detail. The staff were very helpful and attentive to my needs. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory and I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The location in the outer suburbs was convenient for those driving and wanting to avoid city traffic. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the room were all that I needed and the breakfast was delicious.

During my Christmas experience at this hotel, I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the spacious rooms. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, which made it easy to get around the area. I also appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help out with any questions or concerns.

The bed was a little too firm for my liking, and the swimming pool was a bit crowded during peak hours. the hotel could have offered more amenities, such as a sauna or bathrobes.

The staff were excellent.. my flight was cancelled & lost my luggage- and the staff was very helpful in directing me to local stores, providing guidance, etc.

This hotel is fairly priced & a good value for Zurich - but please note that Zurich is very expensive!!

For practical purposes the hotel was conveniently located as I was in transit for a business meeting the next day.

I found the bed quality poor and quite uncomfortable. As business traveler being on the road a lot, a good night's sleep is the most important requirement for me.
